I bought this for both work and home, and sadly discovered at an event that is was quickly leaking out the spigot. I tried everything I could think of to tighten or mend the problem, but nothing worked. I hope mine was just a fluke. I will be returning this product as soon as I find the receipt.

This drink dispenser was sooo disappointing. I purchased it to use for my sister-in-law's baby shower, but as soon as I poured in the pink lemonade, it started leaking from the spout! The top also doesn't seal, it seems to be much smaller than it should be, it doesn't even fit snuggly. Also, I purchased this item for $..... Atleast when I returned the item to the store, I didn't have to fight with customer service for a refund, as opposed to a replacement, like I was told over the phone
